
Ok, moving on and ahead. I have been running 3 days in most weeks since late August and have now managed to run 10K in 55 minutes. I have to thank my wife for making sure I keep going. She is a paragon for me when it comes to grit and tenacity in running. Next milestones are the half marathon and a couple of races in 2024. Beyond the achievement itself, I have experienced a lot of positive effects of my sports activities since I started running in early summer:
- I am sleeping significantly better,
- my overall mood has improved,
- I am feeling under the weather less often
